Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:



+ Manage the executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
+ Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Communication:



+ Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
+ Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other communications.

Meeting Coordination:



+ Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
+ Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

Travel Arrangements:



+ Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
+ Handle visa applications and travel-related documentation.

Office Management:



+ Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment for the executive's office.
+ Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Task Management:



+ Manage special projects or tasks assigned by the executive.
+ Conduct research and prepare briefing materials as needed.
+ Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
