We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Executive Secretary
to support our General Manager. If you are proactive, efficient, and able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager in daily operations.
Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official communications on behalf of the General Manager.
Organize and prioritize tasks and documents effectively.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum five (5) years' experience as an executive secretary, with at least three (3) years of experience supporting higher management.
Arabic
is required.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Must be in Qatar with valid Qatar Id.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2.00 - QAR3.00 per month
