Role Description:



An Executive Secretary (female) responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing executive support, handling correspondence, and organizing meeting schedules.

Responsibilities:



Manage and organize management and team appointments and meetings.

Prepare and coordinate sales reports professionally using Excel.

Organize and archive files and documents.

Support general secretarial tasks for the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:



Strong clerical skills including filing, scheduling, and documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in secretarial work and executive administrative support.

Customer service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.

Previous experience in executive support is preferred.
