Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a recognized Professional Secretarial Certification
5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as an Executive Secretary to senior management
Proven proficiency in business writing, including emails, letters, memos, and official correspondence
Exceptional calendar management skills and experience coordinating complex meetings and executive-level appointments
Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to handle travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and logistics for senior executives
Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic preferred) is
required
to effectively support a diverse team and clientele
