The Executive Secretary for

Baraha Town,

a

Sharaka Holdings subsidiary

, provides vital administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting project initiatives.

Prior experience supporting executives in the real estate, shopping mall, retail, or mixed-use development sectors is highly preferred, as it brings valuable industry context and enhances the ability to navigate the demands of a dynamic business environment.



Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a recognized Professional Secretarial Certification 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as an Executive Secretary to senior management Proven proficiency in business writing, including emails, letters, memos, and official correspondence Exceptional calendar management skills and experience coordinating complex meetings and executive-level appointments Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated ability to handle travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and logistics for senior executives Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic preferred) is

required

to effectively support a diverse team and clientele

Previous experience supporting executives within the real estate, retail, shopping mall, or mixed-use development sectors is preferred.
