Calendar Management:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO, prioritizing commitments and managing conflicts.
Communication:
Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding to inquiries, and relaying information to relevant parties.
Document Preparation:
Creating and editing reports, presentations, memos, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
Meeting Coordination:
Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining organized files, databases, and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
Event Planning:
Assisting with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other functions.
Office Management:
