Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant cum Executive Secretary. This multifaceted role combines sales expertise with executive administrative support, focusing on client engagement, business development, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; participate in client meetings and business discussions, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives; implement cold calling initiatives.
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on business initiatives.
Lead Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.
Meeting Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Networking: Build and maintain a professional network to support business development and client relations.
Social Media Engagement: Actively create and share engaging content, including reels, across social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales and executive support roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic skills in CRM and MS Suites.
Sourcing of potential business clients through various social media platform.
Arrange initial meetings with potiential clients to build good network.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Active presence on social media platforms with the ability to create engaging reel and content.
Active participation in videos and photoshooting for comapny promotion activities.
