Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager of the company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: . Provide executive-level administrative support to the GM . Manage schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements . Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents . Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries . Maintain confidential files and records . Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners . Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the GM Qualifications: . Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong organizational and time-management abilities . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion . BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or a related field Preferred Skills: .
