We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will handle daily office tasks, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Maintain confidential records and filing systems
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist in preparing presentations and meeting agendas
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending items
Support general office operations when needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree is an advantage
