- Manage and support the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a smooth and effective hiring experience.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and provide recommendations to ensure quality shortlists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and prepare recruitment status reports.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
