Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer or Secretary, preferably in the building materials industry, is a plus. Must demonstrate professionalism, respect, and politeness when interacting with senior management and colleagues across all departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate departments, and warmly welcoming visitors.

Primary duty:

Preparing accurate and timely quotations for clients and inquiries. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments--receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching as needed. Ensure the reception area remains clean, orderly, and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.

Skills Required:



Excellent telephone communication and professional etiquette. Quick and enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude. Well-organized and resourceful with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality. Active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in operating standard office equipment, including telephone systems, printers.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

receptionist/secretary in building materials: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
