Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer or Secretary, preferably in the building materials industry, is a plus.
Must demonstrate professionalism, respect, and politeness when interacting with senior management and colleagues across all departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, transferring to the appropriate departments, and warmly welcoming visitors.
Primary duty:
Preparing accurate and timely quotations for clients and inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments--receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching as needed.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, orderly, and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.
