The Secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management , assisting with HR tasks, and supporting basic finance functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
Provide direct support to the management team by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, maintaining personnel files, and supporting recruitment activities.
Support basic finance tasks, including invoice preparation, petty cash handling, expense tracking, and coordination with the accounting team.
Handle communication with clients, contractors, and vendors professionally and efficiently.
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Assist in preparing submissions for authority approvals and maintaining approval records.
Manage office supplies and ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
