Job Description

Role Summary:


Provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, and documentation during the setup and operational transition of the site.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations. Handle confidential correspondence and records. Coordinate communication across departments. Assist in organizing site visits and audits.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's in Administration or Secretarial Studies. 3-5 years of experience in executive support. Strong MS Office skills and professional communication.
Fluency in English; Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
