We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Executive Secretary
to support the executive leadership of reputable medical center in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, facilitating communication, and providing high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the medical center's senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and paper-based).
Assist in travel arrangements, visa processing, and event coordination as needed.
Perform additional office duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
