We are a wood factory specializing in high-quality custom woodwork for buildings, villas, and large-scale projects. Our scope includes wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding & paneling, customized doors, and closets. We focus exclusively on made-to-order works - not ready-made furniture.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Executive Sales
professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience in bringing large projects related to woodwork for buildings and villas.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients such as contractors, consultants, and developers. Secure new projects for custom woodwork (wardrobes, cabinets, doors, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and present offers. Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the woodwork or construction industry. Strong ability to close deals and manage key accounts. UAE driving license
is a must
. Arabic speaking ispreferred
. Self-motivated and able to work on a commission-only basis.Compensation:
This is a
commission-based
role with high earning potential for successful candidates.Job Type: Full-time
