• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, serving as their primary point of contact for any leasing-related inquiries, concerns, or issues.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits with tenants to understand their business needs, address their concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration or expansion.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Marketing and Promotion:

• Coordinate tenant participation in marketplace-wide events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.

• Reporting and Analysis:
