The Opportunity
This is a high-trust, high-impact role inside a regulated, institutional-grade technology business operating in a complex financial environment. The position is designed for a sharp operator who wants to move beyond advisory work and step into real ownership, influence, and execution.
You will work directly with senior leadership, acting as a force multiplier across operations, strategy, and execution. Think less "support", moreright hand to leadership, with exposure across compliance, finance, technology, people, and growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a clear runway into a Chief of Staff or senior leadership position and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Key Requirements
4-6+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, or operational leadership roles
Strong exposure to regulated environments, fintech, financial services, or institutional platforms
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, complex priorities, and confidential matters
