POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position works closely with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments to prepare management reports and dashboards.
Design and maintain automated reporting tools, templates, and business intelligence dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Monitor data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Identify data trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
Support performance tracking by developing KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and HR teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
Maintain and update MIS databases and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requests and business needs.
Document processes, system workflows, and reporting structures for continuous improvement.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting related to MIS functions.
