Role Summary: As an Executive supervise daily operation of utilities equipment of Pharma Plant to ensure on time availability of Utility supplies for Pharma Plant, supervise the smooth running of utilities of Pharma Plant, supervise Preventive maintenance of Pharma Utility equipment, ensure the procedures followed by cGMP compliance and Preparation of notifications and purchase requisition in SAP.

Role Summary: As an Executive supervise daily operation of utilities equipment of Pharma Plant to ensure on time availability of Utility supplies for Pharma Plant, supervise the smooth running of utilities of Pharma Plant, supervise Preventive maintenance of Pharma Utility equipment, ensure the procedures followed by cGMP compliance and Preparation of notifications and purchase requisition in SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Observe HS&E guidelines with respect to all primary and secondary responsibilities wherever and whenever required.
- Observe the QA guidelines with respect to all primary and secondary responsibilities.
- Coordinate with other utilities staff to ensure build-up of teamwork.
- Coordinate and supervise with contractors related work assigned by Manager.
- Ensure Operational excellence culture is promoted, and operations of equipment are understood properly and regularly practices on engineering plant.
- Filing and maintaining the log sheets of Pharma plant utilities.
- Maintaining all documentation of preventive maintenance of Pharma Plant utilities.
- Verifying of all log sheets of Pharma plant utilities and correct abnormalities if any.
- Supervise and perform corrective and reactive maintenance and troubleshooting on all machines and
- equipment in utilities of Pharma Plant
- Supervise and run daily operation of all Utilities Equipment of Pharma Plant and ensure on time
- availability of utility supplies
- Recording of daily/monthly consumption of all utilities of Pharma Plant.
- Raise notifications for the operational deviations / malfunctions / breakdown of utilities.
- Supervise and perform safe and reliable operation of all machines and equipment in utilities of Pharma
- Plant
- Make reservations for the issuance of spares for pharma plant utilities.
- Initiate daily over time of Pharma Plant utilities operation team for production support.
- Maintaining the spare parts required for the smooth operation of Pharma plant utilities equipment.
- Close all notifications of pharma plant utilities.
- Reviewing of issued SOPs of Pharma plant utilities time to time for any changes.
- Supervise daily start/ stop and trouble-free operations of Utilities plant and equipment Pharma Plant.
- Monitor and supervise of Start and stop supplies to production according to daily demand to optimize
- capacity and cost.
- Check all Record daily log sheets and identify any abnormality or excessive consumption.
- Identify daily requirement of utilities supplies required by external vendors like water, diesel etc.
- Submitting all utility bills on monthly basis to finance timely to avoid any payment delay from external
- vendor or supplier.
- Record keeping all SAP documentation work as well as PM, Log sheets, Logbooks etc.
- Identify and arrangement for requirement of improvement in utility equipment operation of Pharma Plant.
- Maintain all spare parts and necessary materials for schedule maintenances or any break down to avoid
- any downtime.
- Recognize the elements of focused improvement in all above and to share them with teammates for a
- concluded work scope and/or execution.
- Provide the hands on technical/availability based moral support to other engineering staff wherever and
- whenever required.
- Manage all pre/post requisition e.g., instruction manual, personal/workshop tools, lubricants and
- tags/marking with respect to all primary and secondary responsibilities
- Supervise and perform all utilities preventive maintenance with respect to master maintenance schedule
- plan on all machines and equipment of Pharma Plant.
- Maintaining the spare parts required for the preventive maintenance of Pharma Plant utilities equipment
- Keep maintain all job-related tools and review time to time for arrangement of more new and latest tools
- to compliance job smoothly
- Hands-on exposure including troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC plant.
- Record keeping with respect to all primary and secondary responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Water Purification system and utilities equipment’ operations and maintenance in pharmaceuticals.
- Sound knowledge about SAP.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Good communication and time management skills.
