Job Description

Our client a leading semi government entity in the UAE is currently searching for a strategic and hands-on Executive HR Director to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This person will lead rolling out initiatives to enhance employee engagements and drive innovation and transformational changes.

The role

- Oversee and ensure rewards programs are comprehensive, competitive, and align with business goals
- Design human resources practices and regulations, as well as present any proposals for changes to senior management and oversee implementation
- Communicate frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the unique needs of our workforce
- Ensure the business\'s values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business, clarifying on employee conduct that is necessary for realising an engaging, high performance culture within the business
- Forward analysis findings in the form of reports to these executives and stakeholders in order to provide insights that will lead to informed decision-making and strategy formation across the business
- Ensure that the organisational design and rewards structure is reflective of a dynamic business environment and up-to-date modes of working in an increasingly competitive business environment

Client requirements

- UAE national with Family book
- Strong education background, ideally have a master\'s degree or additional HR certifications
- Minimum 15 years\' experience in a senior HR position, preferably on a Director or Head level
- Proven and successful experience delivering innovative HR programs within a fast paced, evolving, and wide organisational setting
- Success managing a human resources team through a program and all the way to its completion and attainment of objectives
- Demonstrated ability and experience advising and influencing executives, providing insights that lead to key decision making within the business.
- Excellent communication skills; The clarity of his communications will significantly determine the effectiveness and performance of the entire HR department and, as a consequence, the performance and effectiveness of other departments in the business
