About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping operations. This role demands exceptional standards, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain an immaculate, guest-ready property at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury hospitality or VVIP residences, with a discreet and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation. Manage daily and periodic cleaning schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and household items. Ensure all guest areas and private spaces are impeccably maintained and ready at all times. Oversee the proper care, washing, and ironing of clothing, linens, and delicate fabrics. Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to meet performance standards. Liaise with other departments or household staff to ensure seamless operations. Uphold strict confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a VVIP household. Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for maintaining luxury standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Hands-on expertise in garment care, fabric handling, and high-end laundry practices. High level of discretion and trustworthiness. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
