Executive Housekeeper
We are looking for Executive Housekeeper who will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire .

Ensure that rooms are made as per Sofitel brand standard.

Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.

Maintain stock of supplies, , linen and uniform.

Organize inventories with and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed .

Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.

Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures

Prepare reports for management information.

Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.

Attending and resolving guest complaints.

Verification of supplies consignments.

Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have a degree or diploma in hotel management.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Physically fit to handle the physical demands of the job.
