As Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to:
Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service and quality in a consistent manner throughout guest rooms and all public areas
Establish a strong divisional workplace culture within your team
Develop the annual Housekeeping expense budget and periodic forecasts including specific control measures while executing in a disciplined manner
Take leadership responsibility for leading and executing operational excellence to meet quality, financial and performance targets across all areas of the division
Coach and develop Housekeeping divisional leaders and team members to ensure that they can operate independently and deliver quality and financial results
Proactively seek and follow the top talents of the industry to build and develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and performance management while ensuring that division has the right people in the right roles all the time
Ensure a robust talent pipeline for colleague development in line with the succession planning and future leadership needs
Establish effective horizontal and vertical communication within the division and across the hotel to keep all stakeholders aware of the information and developments
Lead the Housekeeping team to provide the highest standard of products and services consistently all the time
Control all divisional costs and expenses in line with the set parameters and seek smart and innovative ways to deliver financial results
Maintain full compliance to hygiene and safety-related programs across the division
Develop mini-bar budget and drive monthly performance to exceed expected revenue targets
Oversee the preventative maintenance of guest rooms, public areas and replenishment of room supplies

We are looking for someone who:
Has luxury 5* star hotel experience in the UAE in a similar capacity
Has a very good knowledge of Rooms and Housekeeping operational leadership, quality standards, expense and cost control, forecasting and budgeting in a luxury environment
Has a solid track record in maximizing guest satisfaction scores in line with company expectations, with a passoion for high quality Housekeeping practices and standards
Is detail-focused and guest-oriented
Has highly effective time management skills and delivery on time
Enjoys interacting with people and being part of the team and surrounding community
Is an engaging, helpful, and trusthworthy leader, and always upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
