Position Overview
The Executive - Finance at Jumeirah Beach Hotel is responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business units through effective reconciliation, reporting, and compliance. This role ensures timely completion of financial tasks, accurate allocation of charges, and provides essential support to the finance team to uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and record charges from corporate credit cards and allocate accurately to the correct accounts
• Record technical service fee payments in the JI debtors account ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and reconcile accounts for Jumeirah Management Services business units, including month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete bank reconciliations and related balance sheet tasks within required deadlines and SLA agreements
• Provide support to colleagues and stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently
• Forward monthly backups to the appointed company for archiving in line with data security and compliance standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized university
• 0-2 years of experience in finance within hospitality or customer service-related industries
• Professional finance or accounting certification (CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
