Job Description


  • orks closely with CRM Marketing Manager to develop the CRM strategy •
  • nsure CRM calendar and communication aligns with marketing and deals calendar •
  • uild, test and execute campaigns in the CRM tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data workflow and segmentation •
  • dentify new channels to drive existing customer engagement •
  • rive growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement and retention funnel to increase revenue through journey building, customer engagement and repeat transactions. •
  • onduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance •
  • upport the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization •
