Job Description
Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced
Executive Draftsman
with strong AutoCAD skills(5+ years)
to support construction and acoustic projects. The role requires precision, collaboration with engineers, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare shop drawings for wall panels, ceilings, baffles, noise enclosures, and floating floors. Develop acoustic section drawings and project documentation. Perform material takeoffs and prepare BOQs. Collaborate with engineers and ensure compliance with standards.
Skills Attributes Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus. Familiarity with MEP systems and basic acoustic knowledge. Strong Excel and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years drafting experience, preferably with acoustic projects.
