Executive Director : Projects Industry: Construction contracting : buildings Location: Dubai, UAE Preference for candidates already located in the UAE or nearby in the GCC Remuneration: Competitive Experience profile: 20+ years in construction contracting building projects (you will have progressed your career from the hands on, project management route as opposed to commercial contracts management route). Must have Dubai buildings and contracting experience having managed multiple high rise building projects simultaneously from start to finish/handover. Technical understanding of projects management, pricing, commercial, tendering, operations, safety. International construction contracting company experience is considered a value add.
