Job Requirements:

- To take a strategic lead for all facilities management services across the corporate property portfolio
- Be familiar with implementing and operating a senior high level strategy for multiple large scale sites.
- Be familiar and able to implement : -Audit processes, Structuring methodologies, policies and procedures
- Strategic oversight on all service providers
- Contractual compliance across all total FM service (KPIs & SLAs)
- Asset management planning

- Have strategic management experience at Directorship level across a large property portfolio
- Extensive knowledge and experience of facilities management
- Have implemented policies and procedures
- Have sound knowledge of TFM contracts including the monitoring and measuring of SLAs and KPIs
- Excellent IT skills
- Good written and spoken English
