Job Summary : Executive Desktop Engineers provide specialized technical support to high-level executives, including hardware and software management, security, network connectivity, and training. They optimize device performance, ensure access to communication tools, adapt to emerging technologies, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering personalized support
6+ Years of Experience (including experience in supporting high-level executives) Desktop Support Expertise Technical Troubleshooting Microsoft Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Leading Teams System Administration Technical Support Fundamentals Introduction to Artificial Intelligence The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
