About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive - Customer Relations to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to build a career in customer relations and sales support. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in converting inquiries into business and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Conversion: Respond to new customer inquiries received through the company website and other digital channels. Guide potential clients through the initial stages, effectively converting queries into viable business opportunities.
  • Rapid Response: Ensure all customer inquiries are attended to promptly and professionally, maintaining our commitment to excellent first-contact resolution.
  • Client Escalation Management: Proactively handle and resolve client escalations with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills to restore client confidence.
  • Issue Resolution: Be readily available to address and resolve clients' issues as they arise, providing timely updates and sustainable solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to communicate feedback and ensure customer needs are met.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • A graduate with 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
