As the Executive, Customer Account Management you will support the team in all activity relating to Account Management for clients within DCC. This includes liaising with key business executives and stakeholders. Additionally, you will work between the assigned customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs.
Operations
Support in the management of the day-to-day operations of all assigned accounts within DCC and facilitating
delivery of work processes to achieve high performance standards.
Maintain and grow existing accounts within DCC portfolio
Assist the Team Leader to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently
Drive quick resolution of issues for all incoming client requests
Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the development of annual business account plans; contribute with developing business cases for
key activities/ projects and with estimating the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets
Plan workload and process flow for new accounts together with your line manager
Sales & Opportunity creation
Use personal expertise to identify upsell opportunities within your client portfolio. Present these to the customer
with a clear rationale and at standard commercial terms, referring to senior colleagues where necessary to ask for special consideration that gain the customer\'s agreement.
Contribute to Business Account Plans which show the opportunities within your assigned accounts
Customer Relationship Development
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer centric solutions
Support on Business Account plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with
relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversee relationship
management with a group of more transactional clients and customers.
Act as a business partner to important internal customers and manage relationships with them, while taking
guidance from senior colleagues. Data Analyses & Reporting
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the organization\xe2\x80\x99s organizational
requirements, in adherence to the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and quality standards
