The position plays a key role in reinforcing Jumeirah Beach Hotel's status as one of the leading event venues in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of meetings, conferences, and large-scale events
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Ensure compliance with hotel event strategies, space allocations, and revenue targets
Oversee group room blocks and space bookings to align with event needs
Execute pre-event briefings and post-event reviews for continuous improvement
Resolve client concerns and ensure consistent five-star service throughout the event lifecycle
Handle billing, payment follow-up, and accurate financial reporting post-event
Job Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in a similar events coordination or hotel operations role
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related discipline
Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and luxury guest expectations is a plus
