Job Description

  • Conceptualize and create new dishes, sweet drinks, and desserts tailored for Claro
  • Design and update seasonal menus with innovation, balance, and consistency
  • Standardize recipes and presentation for all branches
  • Oversee the full kitchen team and guide daily operations
  • Monitor kitchen efficiency, hygiene, stock levels, and quality control
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, sourcing, and production planning
  • Train and mentor staff on techniques, taste, and execution
  • Support product development for take-away or retail (e.g., bottled drinks, packaged desserts)
  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety standards
