EXECUTIVE CHEF (SPANISH CUISINE)
-10+ years' experience in a 5 star+ hotel, resort, cruise ship or high-profile restaurant environment, preferably in a multi nationality setting and/or specializing Spanish cuisine.
-In-depth experience in Spanish cuisine in high-end hospitality industry.
-Should have experience in a high-volume environment.
-Leadership skills and motivational techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction in the Kitchen department.
-Knowledge of supplies and equipment.
-Proven ability in food ordering, food cost control and inventory control.
-Able to work with a multi-national kitchen team.
-Advanced Food Hygiene knowledge or internationally recognized certification in Food Safety and proficient with HACCP.
Proven knowledge of the latest culinary quality standards and trends in the Middle East and Europe with strong Spanish cuisine skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
