Salary £2000 - £3000 a month Start Date ASAP Job Ref HS_DohaChef1 Description This family are looking for an Executive Chef to work in private residence in Qatar ensuring that the kitchen runs effectively; The candidate will be responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the meal services, using the culinary expertise to create appetizing dishes with high standards. Responsibilities · Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus · Directing kitchen services, meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery · Maintaining the kitchen in conditions that meet the high standards and health code regulations · Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques · Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies · Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way · Preparing menus for week in advance for adults and children · Plan and direct food preparation and culinary services · Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards · Maintain a positive and professional approach at all times Skills/Requirements · Proven working experience as a Chef · Expert knowledge of the kitchen organization and high cuisine · Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices · Ability to develop unique recipes · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Time management and organization and organization skills · Attention to detail and good communication skills · Excellent record of kitchen management · Capable of multitasking. · Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
