Job Description
New opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join the leadership team at this luxury property in Abu Dhabi . We are targeting Executive Chefs with large key luxury international hotel brand experience within Middle Eastern market. As Executive Chef youll be optimising operational and financial performance across all outlets and kitchens, establishing brand standards, menu engineering, dealing with suppliers, and staff training and development. We are seeking an Executive Chef with exceptional culinary and leadership skills, along with a proven ability to handle big volume of Meetings and outside catering. Requirements for this Exec Chef role: * Ideally to be holding a similar role in a luxury property or could suit a very strong number 2 in a large:scale operation * Strong and stable career background having worked for luxury International hotel chains * Preferable to have gained Middle east experience * Must have strong kitchen management skills * Able to lead a large team of diverse staff members and be a real mentor to the team * Flexible, hands:on, able to multi:task, trouble shoot and hit the ground running Salary Package Offered: Basic salary AED20:22k pm dependent upon experience plus family status and benefits, company provided accommodation, Medical and life insurance and bonus.
