Based at the central kitchen which produces cuisine for the restaurants
Nashville Hot Chicken Concept Burger Concept Upscale Cafe Concept Full management of the kitchen including
Menu development, recipe and costings
Ordering, kitchen safety and sanitation
Training staff
Production management
Managing of kitchen inventory and ordering
Requirements
Executive Chef experience
Creative with menu development experience
Culinary degree
Central Kitchen management experience
Benefits
Salary 900 - 1200 KD (3000 - 4000 USD net) per month net negotiable on experience
