Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant Executive Chef with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
The ideal Executive Chef will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
- Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
- Strong leadership, creativity, & kitchen management skills
- Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East preferred
- A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
- Start Date: Q4
