  • Lead kitchen operations with a focus on modern Japanese and Italian cuisine, ensuring top-tier food quality, consistency, and presentation in a fine-dining setting.
  • Manage and inspire a multicultural kitchen team, fostering excellence, discipline, and collaboration.
  • Develop seasonal menus, signature dishes, and activations while maintaining cost-efficiency and profitability through strategic menu engineering.
  • Must reside in the UAE, be fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and have a deep understanding of Dubai's high-end dining scene; immediate joiners preferred.
