The Executive Chef will lead the kitchen operations, oversee daily food production, and ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes. Responsibilities include developing and updating menus, managing food costs, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. The Executive Chef will train and supervise kitchen staff, coordinate with management on new recipes, monitor supplier quality, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen. Strong leadership, creativity, and experience in healthy or diet-focused cooking are preferred.
