Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes according to menu standards.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
Monitor food inventory and place orders to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient kitchen management.
Develop new recipes and improve existing menu items based on customer feedback.
Coordinate with management on menu updates, promotions, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and HACCP regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Chef or Head Cook (preferably in UAE).
Strong knowledge of various cuisines (Indian,Arabic, Continental, or Asian preferred).
Ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
