Create authentic and innovative menus, manage and train kitchen staff, oversee inventory and food costs, ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain the overall quality and presentation of dishes, with a strong emphasis on expertise in Persian cuisine and a commitment to an excellent guest experience.

Irani kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
