Post: Executive Chef
- Lead all culinary operations across the resort or property.
- Design seasonal menus and ensure quality standards.
- Train and mentor culinary staff at all levels.
- Monitor kitchen budgets, inventory, and food cost.
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with F&B team for event planning and service.
