Job Description

Job Specifications and Responsibilities:

To manage all kitchen operations, including menu creation, staff hiring and training, food cost management, inventory control, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.

Responsible for maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, staying updated on culinary trends, and collaborating with upper management on the overall vision and profitability of the kitchen.

Creating and designing innovative, cuisine-appropriate menus, including new dishes and seasonal items. Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating kitchen staff to ensure high performance and morale. Overseeing the daily flow of the kitchen, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and food safety. Managing food costs, controlling inventory, developing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve kitchen profitability. Ensuring the consistent high quality of food, from preparation to presentation. Collaborating with suppliers to source premium ingredients and manage purchasing. Staying informed about the latest culinary trends and integrating them into the menu and kitchen practices. Working with restaurant managers and upper management on operational strategies, menu pricing, and marketing efforts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
