Executive Chef - Royal Palace Kitchen

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious royal household. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring creativity, refinement, and a broad knowledge of international and Asian cuisines. The position demands a strong ability to design and deliver menus tailored to the family's evolving preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural expectations, across a variety of service styles--from fine dining and formal events to elegant buffet presentations and casual family meals.
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS

• Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience in luxury environments (5-star hotels, private estates, royal households)
• Expert in international and Asian cuisines
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-course menus for private and formal events
• Strong leadership and team mentoring skills; ability to build a high-functioning kitchen team
• High-level understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and cost control
• Experienced in managing event logistics from the kitchen perspective
• Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

DUTIES

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the royal kitchen
• Develop seasonal, health-conscious, and event-based menus in consultation with the Principal or household management
• Prepare and present meals to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and timing
• Manage and mentor kitchen team members, including training and scheduling
• Coordinate logistics for special occasions, formal entertaining, and large-scale functions
• Maintain inventory, food purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Enforce impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
