Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end kitchen operations for large-scale catering events and daily meal production
Design and implement diverse menus tailored to client requirements, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation
Oversee food preparation, portion control, and adherence to health and safety regulations
Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure minimal waste
Coordinate with event planners, operations teams, and clients to meet service expectations
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience
as an Executive Chef, preferably in the
catering industry
Strong background in preparing high-volume meals with consistent quality
Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ability to work under pressure and adapt menus based on client preferences and event type
