  • Perform secretarial duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Utilize tele-sales skills to promote company products/services, answer customer inquiries, and generate sales leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Assist in creating sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent tele-sales skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
