Our company is looking for a competent individual who will act as an executive assistant to the Company Owner/Director.
-Female
-with at least 5 years experience in handling administrative jobs
-will coordinate to the staff as per the Owner's instruction
- will report directly to the Owner
-Schedule and organize appointments and maintain calendars
-Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
-Collate and distribute mail
-Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
-Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
-Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
