Profile sought



Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally in premium environments Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English - MANDATORY Strong sense of confidentiality, high level of rigor, and ability to prioritize Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with calm and precision Proficiency in MS Office tools and structured administrative environments Strong sense of hospitality, anticipation, reliability, and impeccable professional demeanor

Responsibilities



In direct collaboration with the General Manager and the Deputy General Manager, you are a key pillar of daily operations and a true coordination point between management and teams :

Management of complex calendars and organization of meetings Coordination of internal and external communications Preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents Monitoring of cross-functional projects and key actions Interface with department heads (quality, operations, maintenance, standards) Organization of internal and external events and VIP receptions Monitoring of KPIs, schedules, suppliers, and reporting Interface between management, teams, partners, and international ownership Drafting and adapting meeting minutes, follow-up of decisions Updating HR documents, payroll elements, budgets, and dashboards

Missions



En collaboration directe avec le General Manager et le Deputy General Manager, vous etes un pilier de l'organisation quotidienne et un veritable point de coordination entre la direction et les equipes :

Gestion d'agendas complexes et organisation des reunions Coordination des communications internes et externes Preparation de rapports, presentations et documents officiels Suivi des projets transverses et des actions cles Interface avec les chefs de departement (qualite, operations, maintenance, standards) Organisation d'evenements internes, externes et accueils VIP Suivi des KPI, plannings, fournisseurs et reporting Interface entre la direction, les equipes, les partenaires et l'ownership international Redaction et adaptation des comptes rendus, suivi des decisions Mise a jour de documents RH, elements de payroll, budgets et tableaux de bord
