Executive Assistant to the CEO (UAE) and Support to the CFO
How You'll Make an Impact
As Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office in the UAE, while also providing support to the Chief Financial Officer. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, communications, and key interactions across internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide comprehensive and confidential executive support to the CEO (UAE) and CFO, ensuring seamless coordination across meetings, engagements, and strategic priorities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for the CEO's office, liaising effectively with senior executives, government entities, business partners, and internal teams.
• Manage complex calendars and schedules, exercising sound judgment to prioritize commitments, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely preparation of required materials.
• Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including approvals, itineraries, logistics, visas, and expense reporting.
• Prepare and review presentations, reports, and briefing documents to support executive communications and decision-making.
• Oversee correspondence and ensure high-quality standards in all communications issued from the CEO's office.
• Coordinate high-level meetings and events, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are managed with precision and confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with other executive assistants, corporate functions, and business units to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness in all interactions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting senior executives within an international or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or German is an asset.
