Our client: A Global FMCG firm is looking for an Executive Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of executive offices, facilitating smooth communication, and contributing to the overall success of our global operations.
Your role: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling. Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including visa processing, accommodations, and itineraries. Screen and prioritize executive correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Draft and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Cultivate positive relationships with team members, clients, and partners. Assist in special projects, research, and data analysis as needed. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various departments.
